What you are seeing in SS2 and SS3 is the player taking control of the two airplanes and starting an attack run while the other 3 planes hang back controlled by the AI and not taking part in the attack run. You'll see the TBP has 6 bars under its name one of which is empty, meaning there is only actually 5 planes in that entire flight of planes. SS2 & SS3=The TBP's? look back at SS1 in your game screen (not the minimap but the game screen). The enemy CV activated his fighter consumable when he was flying over the Sharnhorst.

It doesnt spawn where your carrier is at it spawns on the unit that activated it. SS2=The fighter consumable is usable when you are in control of the flying squadrons and it spawns on the map at the flying squadrons location when the ability is activated. This is visible on your minimap as well as your game screen. His fighter is flying over the Sharnhorst along with the Sharnhorsts own fighter. SS1=the enemy CV has one fighter and one TBP up. Maybe try playing a T6 CV first and see how your minimap changes based on your actions instead of trying to watch someone else play and make sense of it? I have a feeling that all of your questions will be answered once you play a T6+ CV. He'd have to fly it all the way to there and then the first squadron would be long gone already because as you see in SS3 taken just a few seconds later the right one is returning ad it does so very quickly. It was not already returning in SS2 which is pretty clear, but even if you doubt that, it's impossible for that other TBP to have arrived at the scene in such a fast time when the CV is over 20km away so that alone proves it. And how come as seen in SS2, that there are two TBPs torping New Mexico at the same time, of which one is returning only after the attack as seen in SS3. So if you can only have one squadron in play (not counting returning) then how is the fighter seen in SS1 only 10 km away when his ship is way farther than 13 km away (if consumable it would patrol within 3 km). As seen in SS¤ taken about 1 minute later when his CV is spotted, he was very far away from the combat scene (edit: I see now it's shown in SS2 as well and it's clearly over 20 kkm away and it's fighter is thus over 10km away from the ship).

In SS1 you see there is only one CV, he has both a fighter up and 2 TBPs (which is shown in SS2 and 3 taken just seconds later). Originally posted by cantila1:So here comes more proof:
